Background

Yuen Na Chun, CPA, is a seasoned finance and operations professional with more than 30 years of experience supporting broker-dealers, hedge funds, and private investment firms. She currently acts as Financial and Operations Principal for multiple broker-dealers. In addition, she has extensive experience working with foreign subsidiaries, private placement firms, and complex financial organizations.

Throughout her career, Ms. Chun has specialized in broker-dealer financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and operational oversight. Her expertise includes preparing and reviewing monthly Net Asset Value (NAV) calculations and financial statements for hedge funds and private equity funds, helping firms maintain accurate reporting and strong financial controls.

Previously, Ms. Chun served as Chief Financial Officer of Steadfast Financial, LLC, where she led accounting and financial reporting for domestic and offshore hedge funds with more than $225 million in assets under management. During her tenure, she established financial policies and procedures, managed the annual audit process, prepared financial statements and Schedule K-1s, and served as the primary liaison for limited partners and their representatives.

Ms. Chun earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, with honors, from New York University and became a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in 1990. She is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). Her extensive expertise in broker-dealer operations, FINOP services, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance makes her a trusted advisor to financial services firms.
